  • Food
    Breakfast: 
     - 1/2 cup of healthy home made fried rice (about 150 calories)
    Total: about 150 calories
    Throughout School:
     - 1 strawberry activia yogurt (about 120 calories) 
     - 1 1/2 plum (about 45 calories) 
     - 1 cucumber (about 45 calories) 
     - 1/2 cup of almonds (about 360 calories)
    Total: about 720 calories
    After School: 
     - 1/4 cup of almonds (about 180 calories)
     - 18 banana chips (about 150 calories)
    Total: about 1050 calories 
    Dinner: 
     - 1 cup of chicken gizzards (about 224 calories)
     - 1/2 cup of almonds (about 360 calories)
    Total calorie intake of the day: about 1634 calories
    over 1500 but I’ve been under almost the whole time
    134 more calories won’t hurt me :)
     
  • Exercise 
    Night:
     
    - 3 laps around the park 
     - 3 sets of 100 jump ropes
     - 10 minutes of exercise hula hoop 
     - 1 set of 50 rep leg raises
     - 1 set of 30 rep thigh gap exercise
     - 19 minutes of cardio + core
